A man has been detained in Moscow by police for wearing a kilt, according to reports from the Russian capital. Eyewitnesses said that police in central Moscow arrested the man on Saturday March 14, near the Tsoi Wall at the junction of Arbat Street and Krivoarbatsky Lane.A group of young people had gathered to celebrate St Patrick’s Day weekend, with a bystander telling tvrain.ru that police arrested the man for ‘wearing a skirt in public’.
